Los hilos bonding de aluminio y aleaciones de aluminio son utilizados en todos aquellos casos en que se requiera una temperatura de producción baja, así como también por razones de índole económica, ya que no contienen material precioso. Se aplican sobre todo por el sistema de Wedge/Wedge. Los hilos bonding de Heraeus son fabricados con constituyentes de la aleación de alta pureza (99,999%). Tienen una composición química homogénea, propiedades mecánicas estables y la superficie del hilo es lisa y limpia. Esto explica su excelente bondabilidad. |
